          OPINION

          Gwin, P.J.

         {¶1} Appellant Dimitrius Shawn Laury ["Laury"] appeals his conviction and sentence after a negotiated guilty plea in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas.

         Facts and Procedural History

         {¶2} Laury pled guilty to a bill of information charging him with one count of aggravated burglary a first-degree felony and one count of attempted rape a second-degree felony.

         {¶3} On the same date, Laury pled guilty to separately indicted charges in Stark County Court of Common Please case No. 2016CR1063, for one count of aggravated burglary a first-degree felony and one count of attempted rape a second-degree felony[1].

         {¶4} Each case involved a separate date, location and victim. This case occurred on or about February 24, 2016 and involved a victim whose initials are IT.

         {¶5} Laury was sentenced on each offense as follows: in Case No. 2016CR1063, 3 years on the charge of aggravated burglary and 6 years on the attempted rape, each count was ordered to be served consecutively. In this case, Case No. 2016CR1823, 3 years on the charge of aggravated burglary and 6 years on the attempted rape, with the counts to run consecutively. The Court further ordered the sentence in Case No. 2016CR1063 and Case No. 2016CR1823 to run consecutive with each other for a total aggregate consecutive 18-year sentence.
