On July 18, 2013, following a telephonic conference concerning various discovery disputes, the Court directed Defendant ("Fifth Third") to produce for the Court's in camera inspection certain documents previously produced to Plaintiff ("Wells Fargo") only in redacted form. Both parties filed additional briefs under seal to further address their dispute about the application of the asserted attorney-client and work product privileges. Having heard oral argument, reviewed the parties' submissions, and closely examined the privilege log and the unredacted documents tendered by Fifth Third in camera, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Wells Fargo's objections to the assertion of the stated privileges are OVERRULED;

2. Fifth Third may retrieve the unredacted documents submitted to the Court for its in camera inspection on or before August 8, 2013, after which date the Court will ...
