ORDER

MICHAEL R. MERZ, Magistrate Judge.

This case is before the Court on Motion to Waive Filing fee of Plaintiff Laron Cunningham. Mr. Cunningham is a prisoner within the meaning of the Prison Litigation Reform Act and must therefore pay the full filing fee of $400 in installments as required by the Act. He must also furnish proof of indigency in the form and with the detail required by the Act.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED:

1. The Clerk shall mail the standard form for application to proceed in forma pauperis for prisoners to Mr. Cunningham.

2. Mr. Cunningham shall immediately complete the form and return it to the Court along with the certificate from the cashier at the Montgomery County Jail also required by the Act.

No further action will be taken on this case until the required application has been received and the Court has entered a further order regarding in forma pauperis status. Unless the form is returned ...
