2011-0343. Cleveland Hts./Univ. Hts. City School Dist. Bd. of Edn. v. Cuyahoga Cty. Bd. of Revision.
Board of Tax Appeals, No. 2006-V-2112. This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Board of Tax Appeals.
Upon consideration of the agreed motion to remand appeal and vacate decision in order to implement a settlement, it is ordered by the court that the
motion to remand is granted in part and this cause is remanded to the Board of Tax Appeals for further proceedings.
It is further ordered that a mandate be sent to the Board of Tax Appeals by certifying a copy of this judgment entry and filing it with the Board of Tax Appeals.
On October 24, 2011, and pursuant to Rule V(5)(A)(3) of the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio, the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court of Ohio certified to the Supreme Court a certified copy of a judgment entry of a felony conviction against Frederick Leslie Baker, an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
Upon consideration thereof and pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(5)(A)(4), it is ordered and decreed that Frederick Leslie Baker, Attorney Registration Number 0029638, last known business address in Westerville, Ohio, is suspended from the practice of law for an interim period, effective as of the date of this entry.
It is further ordered that this matter is referred to the Disciplinary Counsel for investigation and commencement of disciplinary proceedings. It is further ordered that respondent immediately cease and desist from the practice of law in any form and is forbidden to appear on behalf of another before any court, judge, commission, board, administrative agency or other public authority.
