ENTRY AND ORDER OVERRULING WILLIE JENKINS'S OBJECTIONS (Doc. #32) TO THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS (Doc. #31); ADOPTING THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS IN ITS ENTIRETY AND TERMINATING THIS CASE

This matter is now before the Court pursuant to Objections filed by Petitioner Willie Jenkins ("Jenkins") to the Report and Recommendations issued on July 24, 2006, by Magistrate Judge Sharon L. Ovington. This Report and Recommendations addresses Jenkins's Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus (doc. #1), his Motion for Leave To Disclose Grand Jury Minutes of Ramona Taylor (doc. #28) and his Motion for Leave To Compel (doc. #30).

The District Judge has reviewed the findings of Magistrate Judge Ovington. The District Judge has also performed a de novo review of the record on this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 72(b). Upon consideration of the foregoing, the Court finds that the Objections (doc. #32) are not well-taken and they are hereby OVERRULED.

The Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendations (doc. #31) is ADOPTED in its entirety. Willie Jenkins's Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus is DENIED. Jenkins's Motion for Leave To Disclose Grand Jury Minutes of Ramona Taylor (doc. #28) and his Motion for Leave To Compel (doc. #30) are also DENIED. Finally, a certificate of appealability under 28 U.S.C. § 2253 will not be granted. The captioned cause is hereby ordered terminated upon the docket records of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division, at Dayton.
