United States v. Warshak

March 1, 2007

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
v.
STEVEN E. WARSHAK, ET AL.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: S. Arthur Spiegel United States Senior District Judge

OPINION AND ORDER

The parties met before the Court for a status conference on February 28, 2007. At such conference the parties informed the Court of their progress with the voluminous discovery in this matter. The government indicated it has been turning over discovery materials in accordance with Fed. R. Crim. P. 16, and that it would continue to do so. The parties jointly requested a continuance of the status conference for one hundred and twenty days.

Having reviewed this matter, the Court is satisfied that the parties are cooperating so as to efficiently complete discovery in a timely manner. The Court therefore finds it appropriate to continue this matter until 10:00 A.M. on July 10, 2007, at which time it SETS a status conference. At such conference, the Court intends to set a trial schedule in this matter.

SO ORDERED.
