ORDER

This Court has been notified that counsel, Charles A. McKinney, has been suspended from the practice of law in the State of Ohio.

Charles A. McKinney represents Plaintiff, Crystal Lovato, in the above captioned case in this Court.

Plaintiff, Crystal Lovato, has thirty (30) days from the receipt of this order to acquire appearance of new counsel.

Failure to take action within the prescribed time period may result in sanctions including dismissal of said action, without prejudice.
