United States v. Stamper

February 12, 2007

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PLAINTIFF,
v.
JESSICA STAMPER, DEFENDANT.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Magistrate Judge Michael R. Merz

BIND-OVER ORDER

This case came on for Preliminary Examination on Monday, February 12, 2007. Defendant, present with attorney Vincent Popp, waived her right to preliminary examination in open Court. The Court finds the waiver knowing, intelligent, and voluntary and that the Affidavit filed with the Complaint establishes that there is probable cause to believe the Defendant committed the alleged offense. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Defendant be bound over to the Grand Jury to answer the charges made in the Complaint.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that bond, previously set in a separate Order Setting Conditions of Release, is continued..
