United States v. Baker

January 25, 2007

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PLAINTIFF,
v.
ANDREA DENISE BAKER, DEFENDANT.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Magistrate Judge Michael R. Merz

BIND-OVER ORDER

This case came on for Preliminary Examination on Wednesday, January 24, 2007. Defendant, present with attorney Larry Greger, waived her right to preliminary examination in open Court. The Court finds the waiver knowing, intelligent, and voluntary and further finds that the affidavit attached to the Complaint establishes probable cause to believe Defendant committed the charged offense. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Defendant be bound over to the Grand Jury to answer the charges made in the Complaint.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that bond, previously set in a separate Order Setting Conditions of Release, is continued.
