ORDER TERMINATING PROBATION

The above Defendant was sentenced in this Court on the 7TH day of September, 2005, for violation of Title 18 U.S. Code §§ 7 & 13 and O.R.C. §4511.20 Reckless Operation. A Probation Violation Report was filed with this Court on the 11th day of January, 2007.

This case came on for Probation Violation Hearing on January 18, 2007. Defendant was present in Court with counsel of record, Cheryll Bennett. Being advised of her rights as required by Rule 32.1, Fed. R. Crim. P., including her right to preliminary hearing, Defendant admitted violations one (1) and three(3) and denied violation two (2). Court advised it would ignore both violations two (2) and three (3).

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant pay a fine of $100 and that her probation is revoked.
