ORDER REVOKING PROBATION AND IMPOSING SENTENCE

The Defendant was sentenced in this Court on November 23, 2005, Driving Under the Influence, violation of Title 18 U.S.C. § 7 & 13 and Ohio Revised Code § 4511.19(A)(1).

This case came on for Probation Violation Hearing on January 11, 2007. Defendant was present in Court at the hearing of this matter, was represented by Attorney F. Arthur Mulliins, and was advised of his rights as required by Fed. R. Crim. P. 32.1, Defendant admitted all the violations of conditions of his probation alleged in the Petition.

ACCORDINGLY, the order suspending the sentence and placing said Defendant on probation is vacated and Defendant is committed to the custody of the Attorney General or his authorized representative for imprisonment for a period of sixty (60) days.
