ORDER STAYING EXECUTION OF SENTENCE

Upon oral motion of Defendant, the Court hereby ORDERS that the previously imposed sentence of 30 days in prison be stayed pending completion of Defendant's open heart surgery scheduled in early January, 2007. Counsel for Defendant shall notify the Court of Defendant's condition following surgery so that a new voluntary surrender date can be established.
