The opinion of the court was delivered by: Chief Magistrate Judge Michael R. Merz

ORDER

Defendant herein in camera charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a prohibited breath alcohol level, and a left turn violation ((Information, Doc. No. 1). At a pretrial conference on November 8, 2006, Defendant's counsel requested an opportunity to file a motion to suppress and the Court set November 29, 2006, as the deadline for doing so.
