ORDER OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Plaintiffs' November 22, 2006 motion for default judgment (doc. 7) is GRANTED. Defendant The Staver Group, Inc. was served with summons and complaint on October 18, 2006. It has failed to plead or otherwise defend. On November 22, 2006, the Clerk of Court entered default against defendant The Staver Group, Inc.

The November 21, 2006 affidavit of Cyndi Zeller, the Funds' Audit Supervisor, states that for the period August 2005 through October 2006 The Staver Group, Inc. owes $9,080.39 in unpaid fringe benefit contributions. Steven L. Ball's November 21, 2006 affidavit demonstrates that the Funds have incurred $1,511.25 in reasonable attorney fees.

WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Plaintiffs have and recover from The Staver Group, Inc. the sum of Nine Thousand Eighty Dollars and Thirty-Nine Cents ($9,080.39), including unpaid fringe benefit contributions through October 2006, and prejudgment interest and liquidated damages, plus attorneys' fees of One Thousand Five Hundred Eleven Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($1,511.25), plus interest from the time of judgment at the rate of 1% per month, and the costs of this action.
