ORDER

The Court is currently reviewing Local 957's Motion for Summary Judgment. In the interest of justice and adjudication of claims on their merits, Phillips is given until not later than December 7, 2006, to file the Affidavits of Phillips and Rivers in accordance with the Court's Electronic Filing Policies and Procedures Manual, with particular attention to Section II C. SIGNATURES. If these affidavits are not properly filed by the end of December 7, 2006, they will not be considered.

DONE and ORDERED in Dayton, Ohio, this Thirtieth day of November, 2006.
