United States v. Lang

November 27, 2006

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PLAINTIFF,
v.
CRYSTAL M. LANG, DEFENDANT.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Chief Magistrate Judge Michael R. Merz

BINDOVER ORDER

This case came on for hearing on November 27, 2006, for preliminary examination. Pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 43(b), Defendant knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily waived her right to be present for the hearing.

Upon the evidence adduced, the Court finds there is probable cause to believe Defendant committed the offense alleged in the Complaint and orders that she be bound over to the grand jury to answer that charge.
