BINDOVER ORDER

This case came on for Preliminary Examination on Monday, November 27, 2006. Defendant was present with attorney Arthur Mullins.

Upon the evidence adduced the Court finds probable cause to believe that an offense has been committed by the Defendant Jeffrey Lee Damron, as alleged in the Complaint, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant is accordingly bound over to the Grand Jury to answer the charges made in the Complaint.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that bond, previously set in a separate Order Setting Conditions of Release, is continued..
