ORDER REVOKING PROBATION AND IMPOSING SENTENCE

The above Defendant was sentenced in this Court on November 02, 2005, for Driving Under the Influence, in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 7 & 13 and ORC § 4511.19(A)(1).

This case came on for Probation Violation Hearing on November 15, 2006. Defendant was present in Court and was represented by Attorney Michael Booher. Defendant admitted, in open court the violation as reported in the Probation Violation Report filed October 31, 2006.

ACCORDINGLY, the Defendant's probation is hereby REVOKED;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that said Defendant pay an additional fine in the amount of $500.00.
