BIND-OVER ORDER

This case came on for Preliminary Examination on Tuesday, November 14, 2006. Defendant, present with counsel, Peter Certo, waived her right to preliminary examination in open Court. The Court finds the waiver to be knowing, intelligent, and voluntary. Based on the Affidavit attached to the Complaint, the Court finds there is probable cause to believe the Defendant committed the offense alleged in the Complaint. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Defendant be bound over to the Grand Jury to answer the charges made in the Complaint.

Upon oral motion of the United States in open court, the bond previously set is revoked and the defendant is remanded to custody pending Detention Hearing set for November 17, 2006, at 10:00 a.m.
