ORDER CONTINUING BOND WITH CONDITION

This case came on for Bond Violation Hearing on September 28, 2006. Defendant was present, with counsel Tom Anderson in Court at the hearing of this matter, and was advised of her rights. Defendant admitted the violation of conditions of her bond.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Court that Defendant is found in violation of her bond and her bond is continued with the condition that she be placed on home confinement with electronic monitoring pending sentencing.
