ORDER CONTINUING PROBATION

The above Defendant was sentenced in this Court on the 7TH day of September,2005, for violation of Title 18: 7 & 13 and ORC 4511.20 Reckless Operation. This case came on for Probation Violaton Hearing on September 06, 2006. Defendant was present in Court with counsel, Cheryll Bennett at the hearing of this matter, and was advised of her rights as required by Rule 32.1, Fed. R. Crim. P., including her right to have a preliminary hearing. Defendant admitted the violation of conditions of her probation.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Court that Defendant is found in violation of her probation and continued under the conditions originally imposed and the additional conditions that she submit to regular urinalysis testing and attend a minimum of three (3) AA/NA meeting per week and provide verification of that attendance.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that said Defendant's Probation be extended for a period of six (6) months.
