ORDER REVOKING PROBATION AND IMPOSING SENTENCE

The above Defendant was sentenced in this Court on April 19, 2006 on Count two (2) for Driving Under the Influence, in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 7 & 13 and ORC § 4511.19(A)(1) and on Count Six (6) for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 7 & 13 and ORC § 2913.03(A).

This case came on for Probation Violation Hearing on September 07, 2006. Defendant was present in Court and was represented by Attorney Tom Anderson. Defendant admitted, in open court the violations as reported in the Probation Violation Report filed September 07, 2006.

ACCORDINGLY, the Defendant's probation on Count Six (6) is hereby REVOKED;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that said Defendant be committed to the custody of the Attorney General or his authorized representative for imprisonment for a period of sixty (60) days.
