United States v. Mathews

September 7, 2006

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PLAINTIFF,
v.
MARK MATHEWS, DEFENDANT.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Judge Walter Herbert Rice

DECISION AND ENTRY CORRECTING AND AMENDING DECISION AND ENTRY OF FEBRUARY 24, 2005 (DOC. #43)

This Court's Decision and Entry of February 24, 2005 (Doc. #43), revoking supervised release and imposing sentence, etc., is amended to reflect the fact that the sentence of 15 months is to run concurrently with the undischarged portion of his state sentence now being served. The reference in the original Decision and Entry to the 15 months being imposed consecutively to the undischarged portion of his state sentence now being served was in error. In altering this Court's Decision and Entry, this Court has reviewed the transcript of the sentencing hearing and the paperwork from the United States Probation Department.
