JUDGMENT ENTRY

This action involving Plaintiff, Abdur-Rauf A. Rashid ("Plaintiff") and Defendants, Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, ("CWA") and Communications Workers of America, Local 4404 ("Local 4404") (collectively "Defendants") came on for trial before the Court and a jury with the Honorable Thomas M. Rose, presiding. The issues were duly tried. At the conclusion of the presentation of all the evidence the Court granted in part and denied part Defendants' Motion for Direct Verdict and/or for Judgment as a matter of law and dismissed Local 4404 from this case. Thereafter, the jury duly rendered its verdict (accompanied by its Answers to Interrogatories) in favor of Defendant, CWA and against Plaintiff. It is therefore Ordered, Adjudged, and Decreed that the Plaintiff take nothing, that this action be dismissed on the merits.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
