ORDER CONTINUING BOND WITH CONDITION

This case came on for Bond Violation Hearing on August 18, 2006. Defendant was present, with attorney Cheryll Bennett for counsel Tom Anderson in Court at the hearing of this matter. The defendant was advised of his rights. Defendant admitted the violation of conditions of his bond as to the use of illegal drugs.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Court that Defendant is found in violation of his bond and his bond is continued with the condition that he be placed on home confinement with electronic monitoring. The defendant shall pay the cost of electronic monitoring and is granted work release privileges as scheduled through the Pretrial Services Officer.
