BINDOVER ORDER

This case came on for Preliminary Examination on Wednesday, July 26, 2006,. Defendant was present with attorney Anthony Cramer.

Upon the evidence adduced the Court finds probable cause to believe that an offense has been committed by the Defendant Charles Glenn Smith, as alleged in the Complaint, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant be bound over to the Grand Jury to answer the charges made in the Complaint.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that bond, previously set in a separate Order Setting Conditions of Release, be continued..
