ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This action came before the Court on July 26, 2006. The defendant was present with counsel, Shawn Kelly. Upon oral motion by counsel for the Government and upon good cause shown, the court finds the motion well taken and is hereby granted.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the case is dismissed with prejudice and the defendant is discharged from responding further.
