ORDER REVOKING PROBATION AND IMPOSING SENTENCE

The above Defendant was sentenced in this Court on November 09, 2005, for Possession of Marijuana, in violation of Title 21 U.S.C. § 844.

This case came on for Probation Violation Hearing on June 21, 2006. Defendant was present in Court and was represented by Attorney Thomas Anderson. Defendant admitted, in open court the violations as reported in the Probation Violation Report filed June 6, 2006. The defendant's probationary supervision was ordered extended for a period of six (6) months with the additional conditions that she successfully complete an inpatient drug treatment program and any recommended follow-up treatment.

On July 24, 2006, the defendant again appeared before this Court following unsuccessful termination from the Center for Alcoholism Drug Addiction Services (CADAS).

ACCORDINGLY, the Defendant's probation is hereby REVOKED;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that said Defendant be committed to the custody of the Attorney General or his authorized representative for imprisonment for a period of four (4) months.
