ENTRY AND ORDER DENYING MODIFICATION OF BOND

This matter comes before the Court pursuant to Defendant's June 15, 2006, oral Motion for Bond. The Court has considered said Motion and finds it not well-founded. The Court cannot find, by clear and convincing evidence, that Defendant is not likely to flee and/or pose a danger to the safety of another or the community.

Defendant's Motion to Modify Bond pending disposition is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
