ENTRY GRANTING DEFENDANTS MOTION ( DOC. #471) AND DEFERRING EXECUTION OF SENTENCE

For good cause shown, the defendants motion to extend date for execution of sentence (Doc. #471) is GRANTED. Therefore, IT IS THE ORDER OF THE COURT that the date for the defendant's voluntary surrender be extended until after September 25, 2006. It is requested that the U.S. Marshals receive a new surrender date for the defendant for anytime after September 25, 2006.

DONE and ORDERED in Dayton, Ohio, this 20th day of June, 2006.
