ORDER TO THE CLERK

This case is before the Court on Motion of the United States for Default Judgment (Doc. No. 6). The Court finds that Defendant's default for want of response to the Summons had been entered and that the demand is for a sum certain.

Accordingly, the Clerk is ordered to enter default judgment in the form submitted by Plaintiff.
